Playback Issues:
If you’re experiencing playback issues it is likely caused by a browser incompatibility, please perform the following steps:
- Update your computer’s operating system (Windows or Mac OS)
- Update your browser (Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
- Try a different browser such as Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
- Ensure you computer is on stable internet connection, such as WiFi and has a strong signal. Other users on the network may affect the ability to watch online video as well.
Please note that video playback isn’t supported by all TV browsers, such as the browser included within Samsung TVs. Unfortunately, these browsers were not designed to perform video playback and they may or may not work properly.
